Switched from Spectrum to Fiberspark and have been very happy. There were a few glitches with payments at the beginning, and it was great to resolve that with a human who answered the phone. They have been very responsive. Service is less expensive and much more reliable than with Spectrum.

Excellent service. Internet quality and speed has been fantastic. Has only gone down once or twice in 6+ months and even then it was only 5-10 minutes max(likely maintenance). 5/5, would recommend! ~ In Nichols, NY

We had Fiberspark's sign up on our front yard for a long time. At least four other households on our street later signed up, too (based on their putting up signs).
We had a large tree limb fall in our yard, taking out the Fiberspark cable, our previous Spectrum cable, and an old telephone cable. Fiberspark had us up and running within 24 hours. Impressive customer service!
There are now three of us working from home and the high-speed internet has been a godsend. I am SO happy with our experience: approximately 50% faster speed than Spectrum at half the price.

My transition from spectrum to fiberspark was seamless and I have not had any issues or problems since switching. The appointment and the install was great, I have had virtually zero interruptions or problems or at least not enough to note. I would highly recommend.ybonly questionable issue is I was an early adopter when they first came to town and was knocking on doors and I am paying 10nmore than the advertised price of $55. Still much better than spectrum but still.

Getting the internet installed was a bit of a journey and took some back-and-forth to get everything sorted, including coordinating with my landlord for the cabling. There were a few delays along the way, but I do want to highlight that customer service was consistently very responsive and helpful throughout the process, which made a big difference.
Once the installation was complete, everything has been great. The connection has been fast, stable, and reliable, with no outages that we’ve noticed. Overall, I’m very happy with the service now that it’s up and running.
